okx8 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between okx8 ("Company", "we", "us") and every individual who uses our platform ("User", "you", "your"). okx8 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting and other entertainment services for players in Bangladesh.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

2 Account Registration and Management

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the okx8 platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳2,000 will give you a ৳4,000 bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times. It is not possible to withdraw the principal amount along with the bonus before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Other Promotional Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Combining multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not possible unless specifically stated.
• Bonus offers apply only to eligible members.
• okx8 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent activity will result in account closure.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

okx8 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Our games are powered by verified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. okx8 may change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error or server outage, we will endeavour to provide a fair resolution where applicable. However, the Company reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from technical causes.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting bonus hunting or arbing (Bonus Hunting / Arbing).
• Playing games using automated bots, software or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other players or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• Using funds from a third-party account.
• Attempting to identify security vulnerabilities in the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Company Rights

okx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• When fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• At the direction of a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding bets must be settled before closure and any applicable balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, okx8 will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection disruption.
• Loss caused by third-party hacking or a security breach, provided we have taken reasonable security measures.
• Loss resulting from a user's negligence or disclosure of login details to a third party.
• Indirect loss caused by temporary unavailability of the platform.
• Loss resulting from service suspension due to government direction or regulatory changes.

10 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the okx8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and game content — is the intellectual property of okx8 or its licensors. Copying, distributing or modifying this content for any purpose other than personal use is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and others is protected by their respective intellectual property rights.
